Ogawa Coffee Laboratory at Shimokitazawa

In May 2025, I had a lovely experience at Ogawa Coffee Laboratory in Shimokitazawa — learning how to brew a truly delicious cup of coffee.

I think, i want to make deliciouse coffee every day!

How to brew delicious coffee

Measure and grind
Measure out your coffee beans and grind them to medium size.
Pour and pause
First, pour a little hot water into the center and then steam for 30 to 40 seconds.
